◆ Terms of Service ◆

- Contact me on anywhere you know me from. (Preferably Twitter)
- Provide me an email address so I can send you the art.
- I have the the right to decline your request.
- You must be 18+ to be able to commission me!
ㅤ• PAYMENT
- Payment can be upfront, usually will be done after sketch is confirmed.
- Payment must be done in 3 days after invoice have been sent. Will only start working when the payment is done.
- Payment are done through Vgen in USD only.
- Refunds are only acceptable in lining phase; I will be keeping a certain percentage of the original price depending on progress.• Reference and details
- Please provide me with detailed reference images, character details, poses and vibes for me!!• Process
- You can ask me for progress, and please do tell me if you want any small changes.
- Big changes/edits will be refuse (e.g. Changing pose when lineart are done)
- I might stream the drawing process on twitch, permission will be asked before doing so.
- There will be no deadline unless given a reasonable range. I'll request a deadline adjustment if the deadline cannot be met.• NSFW
- I can only do certain kinks and fetishes depending on if I'm familiar or comfortable with them; Feel free to ask me!!
-Depending on the art, I may or may not post them on my main but on my nsfw alt instead. Especially when it's too suggestive or have nsfw alt.

PERMISSION

• For client
- No NFT or AI use.
- No commercial use unless discussed beforehand.
- Clients cannot request for refund after commission is done.
- Clients cannot propose their own Terms of Service.
- Clients are allowed to post their commission anywhere with credits.• For artist
- I can use your commission for promotional purposes.
- I will post your commission with credits unless told beforehand not to.
- I can cancel a commission, full refund will be given in this case.
